Opened in March 2004 for the first time in Korea for a multidisciplinary approach to breast cancer, and several departments such as Breast Surgery and Plastic Surgery are involved. We are implementing patient-centric medical treatment.

· The outpatient of the breast center has also increased by about 5% or more each year with steady efforts since its opening, recording more than 40,000 cases annually.
▶ Breast Reconstruction
Mastectomy, a surgical treatment option of breast cancer, has a huge impact on the patients' quality of life because the loss of breast can mean the loss of femininity. To overcome this problem, breast reconstruction is performed to restore the preoperative appearance by supplementing with autologous tissue or artificial breast implant. This may help the patients feel more comfortable about their looks after mastectomy.
