Radical cystectomy : A surgery to remove pelvic lymph nodes along with the bladder. In men, the prostate and seminal vesicles are removed, and if there is a tumor in the prostatic urethra or the prosatate is invaded, the urethra is also removed. In women, the urethra, uterus and ovaries are removed along with the bladder.

TUR-B (Endoscopic resection of bladder tumor) : A form of urgery where an endoscope is inserted through the urinary tract for the resection of the localized tumor in the bladder.

Robotic radical cystectomy : A surgery to perform radical cystectomy using a robot in the body.
