SNUH is Transplantation Center has adopted a system incorporating highly specialized doctors, coordinators, and nurses to facilitate and optimize patient care before and after transplantation. Our Center provides patients with the highest standards of education programs and up-to-date information regarding pre/post transplantation management and prevention of complications.

· Cumulative kidney transplant cases up to 2,000 cases
· Our Team performed multiple transplantation, kidney-pancreas transplantation, kidney-liver transplantation and kidney-heart transplantation
· Our Team successfully performed ABO incompatible kidney transplantation and kidney transplantation after desensitization in both living donor and deceased donor kidney transplantation

Success rate of kidney transplantation is gradually increasing because of development of better immunosuppressive drugs recently. In addition, even if the transplanted kidney function is lost due to rejection, patients can back to dialysis or receive re-transplantation.
